25 acres, with at least 18 acres in hay
Bright indoor riding arena, 100 m x 30 m
Large outdoor sand ring, 100 m x 20 m
Round pen
Fenced jumping sand ring / turnout paddock
10 paddocks (5) and pastures (5) with new flex fencing and gates from Systems Fencing
Bright barn with 9 stalls, 10 x 12 grills, feed doors, mats, and a water delivery system
Large coverall for hay storage and 8 additional stalls in the back barn (this area is currently leased)
Heated tack room with access to a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle

The History

This farm was once called Rainbow Ridge but is now under a new owner and has been completely renovated, with fencing, drainage, and footing in all pastures, arenas and rings, stalls, and barns.

The Operator - Gloria Woodruff

I have been involved with horses for at least 40 years. I have bred mares and raised foals in my own barns and know what it takes to care for both performance horses and pleasure horses
I have competed up to 3rd level Dressage and love that discipline, but all disciplines are welcome here
You are very welcome to come and visit and judge for yourself if you and your horse would feel comfortable
